REFLECTION
Endings can be hard to see as anything but loss. A job closes, a chapter of life wraps up, a relationship changes shape. Even the endings we choose can leave us a little unsteady.
But nature knows what we forget: every ending makes room. Leaves fall so new ones can grow. Fields rest so they can bear again. What feels like a closing door is often the first step of a beginning still taking shape.
You don’t have to have the next chapter figured out to start it. A fresh start can be as small as a new morning routine, a phone call you’ve been putting off, or simply deciding that today is allowed to be different from yesterday. Every sunrise is proof that starting over is woven into the way the world works.
