REFLECTION
Growth isn’t always visible. In some seasons it looks like big leaps: new skills, clear milestones, the kind of change other people notice. But most of the time it’s slower than that. Roots deepen before branches spread. A lot of real growth happens underground.
Maybe you’re more patient than you used to be. Maybe you speak up a little sooner, forgive a little faster, or know yourself a little better. Those changes rarely get celebrated, but they’re growth all the same.
Don’t measure yourself only by what you can show. Look at who you’re becoming. You are not the same person you were a year ago, and the person you’ll be a year from now is being shaped by the small, quiet choices you make today.
