REFLECTION
Gratitude doesn’t need a big occasion. Some of the best things in life are hidden in plain sight: the first sip of coffee, a text from a friend, sunlight on the kitchen floor, the sound of someone you love laughing in the next room.
These moments are easy to rush past. But when we slow down enough to notice them, the day shifts. Nothing around us changes, but how we hold it does. Gratitude turns what we have into enough.
Try it today. Pause three times and name one small thing you’re thankful for. It doesn’t have to be profound. A comfortable chair counts. A good song counts. Over time, noticing becomes a habit, and that habit has a way of making an ordinary life feel full.
